Out of crisis. Into empowered work.

Let’s make mental health a driver of growth!

A black and white picture of a wall.

You know how important your mental strength is to your professional success.

What if we could build mental capital across the entire organization, and create a new driver for value creation and cohesion?

Driven by this idea, I’ve developed programs with both large corporations and smaller organizations that now reach more than 500,000 employees in total—and I’ve personally supported hundreds of leaders along the way.

Maybe you think of mental health as special treatment that gets in the way of productivity.

As a psychotherapist with an executive background, I can assure you: there’s much more to it than that. It’s about people being able to realize their potential. It’s about an empowering way of working together and measurable effects on performance, innovation, and the ability to attract top talent. In other words: tangible drivers of productivity!

Most organizations are still at a fairly early stage.

The good news: there’s a lot of potential to unlock.

Impact in 3, 2, 1…

Standard solutions almost always achieve: nothing.

Your mind, your team, and your organizational culture are too unique for off-the-shelf consulting. I don’t want to waste time with generic advice like, “Block out some time in your calendar.” Instead, I give you a well-founded assessment and options for action that bring clarity and control. We work on structures and behavioral patterns and make sure the changes we set in motion continue to have a positive impact for years to come. That’s what effectiveness means to me.

The psychotherapist who speaks corporate.

I bring a combination of qualifications that is probably unique: I’m a licensed psychotherapist and emergency psychologist, and as a senior manager at two large corporations, I’ve experienced many of the situations you know from your own working life firsthand.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping people rediscover their confidence in life and rolling out corporate health strategies globally. I develop change strategies for cultural transformation, build capacity for psychological first aid, bring leaders along on the journey, and create momentum across organizations. I’m the first person to call in situations you feel you can’t talk about with anyone else.

When personal issues affect others, they’re no longer personal.

I remember meetings where I couldn’t concentrate because my personal life had imploded the night before. The fact that I had support from people with a therapeutic perspective came down to my own background—I’m a professional in the field myself. My circle of friends knows how to support each other through a crisis.

Most leaders don’t have access to that kind of support, and there are few professional services tailored to these situations. In the corporate world, without a network like this, you can quickly find yourself alone—especially on the evenings when support would matter most. Today, filling exactly that gap is part of my work.

Who you gonna call?

The future of many people is decided in your mind.

If you work in senior management, you often find yourself in complex, demanding situations.

To some extent, it comes with the role. Many people in your professional environment have probably been through serious crises that affected their personal lives, health, and careers. And sadly, chances are they had no one they could confide in. No one they could expect to truly understand their professional context, let alone offer realistic strategies for moving forward.

My work is my answer to that. Alongside my consulting and project work, I reserve capacity for you if conventional coaching and therapy settings don’t feel right—and you’re looking for someone who brings therapeutic expertise and understands the situation you’re in.

From executive to executive

I’d like to encourage you to reach out. Maybe you’re an executive or senior leader yourself, looking for support through a crisis or wanting to develop your area of responsibility further. Or perhaps you’re working on a professional development program, looking for the right speaker, or need dedicated expertise in corporate mental health to sharpen your strategy and establish structures that make good work easier. Whatever it is, there’s a good chance I can support you with these topics—either personally or through trusted experts in my network. Let’s talk.

Best,
Katrin
